Hi, I’m Megan —
Mom to three busy boys, lover of slow mornings and handwritten notes, and founder of Maybrook & Ink.
Growing up, my grandmother and I used to write letters back and forth. Simple notes, stories, little pieces of life passed between us over time. Somewhere along the way, those letters were lost — and I’ve always wished I still had them.
In a world where everything moves quickly and so much communication disappears as fast as it arrives, Maybrook & Ink was created as a place to slow down. A place to hold onto the words we don’t want to lose.
These journals are designed to create meaningful connection through handwritten conversation — preserving memories, stories, advice, gratitude, and the quiet things we often forget to say out loud.
More than anything, I hope they become something lasting. Something returned to years later. Something passed down. Because some words deserve to be kept.
